By participating as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs and a representative of Berger Ops. Fishing® and bergeropsfishing.com I agree to the following:

Upon my acceptance, I will be volunteering my time (and in some cases) personal resources to promote and build Berger Ops. Fishing® without any expectation of compensation. Additionally, by acting as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs I will be asked to share Berger Ops. Fishing® related content (fishing related), as well as personal (fishing related) content related to Berger Ops. Fishing®, bergeropsfishing.com, and directly to my designated page on the Berger Ops. Fishing® (bergeropsfishing.com) website. As a Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs participant, I will also be asked/expected to tag Berger Ops. Fishing® in my own Berger Ops. Fishing® related content, and to like, share, retweet, and repost Berger Ops. Fishing® social media posts on a regular basis. MY legal name and/or preferred pseudo name (or names related to social media accounts) may be displayed on the Berger Ops. Fishing® website (bergeropsfishing.com) and/or Berger Ops. Fishing® social media and YouTube accounts. I will have opportunities to contribute to the development of new ideas and products that will be used to promote Berger Ops. Fishing® and bergeropsfishing.com, but will NOT be entitled to ANY Berger Ops. Fishing® profits or property generated from or resulting from my contributions in part or in whole. I will have no legal right to any Berger Ops. Fishing® property, products, developments, its related social media accounts, or profits generated prior to, during, or after my involvement/relationship with Berger Ops. Fishing® regardless of my contribution(s) to Berger Ops. Fishing® prior to, during, or after my involvement/relationship with Berger Ops. Fishing®. Images, videos, names, sayings and other personal media belonging to me may be featured on Berger Ops. Fishing® or bergeropsfishing.com, Berger Ops. Fishing® social media accounts, and in Berger Ops. Fishing® YouTube content. I understand that Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs are not employees of Berger Ops. Fishing® and will NOT be compensated as such. I am acting as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs at will, and may choose to withdraw my Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs enrollment, involvement, or relationship at any time by sending a written email to curtis@bergeropsfishing.com stating my intent to withdraw. Upon my withdrawal from Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs all past (up to the exact time of withdrawal) Berger Ops. Fishing® content related to me will remain in place, will not be deleted, and will remain the property of Berger Ops. Fishing®. Starting at the time of my withdrawal, Berger Ops. Fishing® will not use any of my personal content, images and/or likeness. While acting as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs, I will have access to some discounts and promotions from Berger Ops. Fishing® its sponsors and supporters. I understand that I am expected to proudly represent Berger Ops. Fishing® AND its supporters/sponsors via word of mouth and social media posts, to share my knowledge of fishing and encourage others to join the sport and to make connections to other people, brands, and anglers to support Berger Ops. Fishing®. Berger Ops. Fishing® will not dictate to me how often to post or what to post to my page on the Berger Ops. Fishing® website or my social media accounts. However, Berger Ops. Fishing®, does reserve the right to edit my Berger Ops. Fishing® webpage at any time and in any way. Berger Ops. Fishing® also reserves the right to remove Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs status from me if I am suspected of taking advantage of my Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs status in any way. Things that may cause me to lose my Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs status include, but are not limited to: use of foul language in social media posts tied to Berger Ops. Fishing®, misuse use of PROs discount rates for non-PROs followers, failure to tag, share, like, or generate Berger Ops. Fishing® content for long periods of time, and failure to communicate with or respond to Berger Ops. Fishing® communications. Berger Ops. Fishing® is supposed to provide a fun interactive platform for anglers to engage on, and is not meant to be malicious or harmful to any of its followers, or Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs participants in any way. Berger Ops. Fishing® will work to ensure this on a daily basis. These Terms & Conditions are simply put forth to both protect and state the intentions and interests of Berger Ops. Fishing® and bergeropsfishing.com, and to establish an agreement between acting Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs and Berger Ops. Fishing®.

Expectations of PROs...

Representation - Proudly represent Berger Ops. Fishing® AND its supporters/sponsors via word of mouth and social media posts.
Professionalism - Keep it clean! Remember who and what you represent when you wear the Berger Ops. Fishing® name.
Education - Share your knowledge of fishing and encourage others to join the sport.
Support - We do not expect donations, but we encourage PROs to support Berger Ops. Fishing® AND affiliates if possible.

*We do not tell PROs how often to post or what to post, but we appreciate likes, shares, hashtags, etc. in support of Berger Ops. Fishing®. Recognize that we do reserve the right to immediately revoke PROs status from those who we feel are taking advantage of this position.

Things that may cause you to lose your PRO status:

Use of foul language in social media posts tied to Berger Ops. Fishing®. Misuse use of PROs discount rates for non-PROs followers. Failure to tag, share, like, or generate Berger Ops. Fishing® content for long periods of time Failure to communicate with Berger Ops. Fishing®

By submitting my application I am acknowledging that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions above and wish to proceed with my application. Upon my acceptance as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs I will be held to these Terms & Conditions during the period of time for which I am acting as a member of Berger Ops. Fishing® PROs and prior to my withdrawal.
