At Berger Ops. Fishing®, no expense is spared to ensure the quality of my guide service. With this being said, each trip is a little different, and as much as I strive for perfection, MINOR imperfections/inconveniences should be expected. If you ever have an issue with one of my baits or services let me know and I will do what can to make it right. I am constantly looking for only the highest quality in my craft. However, as a result of mother nature and human error I can't promise that every trip will be perfect. What I can promise is that if there is a TRUE problem with any service that you purchase from me, I will explore every avenue possible to make it right to you. I can offer rain checks, refunds, discounts on future purchases, and free merchandise. We will work together to determine these resolutions on a case-by-case basis. With regard to guided fishing trips, there is NEVER a guarantee of catching fish, but you SHOULD come with high expectations.
